Thanks for the tip, I watched the video yesterday and knew of this strategy before and never pursued it yet, timing….but was thinking of this b/c of the time it helps save so thank you for being honest and recommending something cheaper and better..good thing I listened to that inside voice telling me to hold off on that purchase.
