Marvellous!

Hi Paul.

Thank you for that. Yes, it works beautifully and I agree with Stephen Spry that not interrupting the video is wonderful. However, Stephen made another great point and I shall be interested to read your reply.

Additionally, I have been pondering how to develop a page that has the following as its purpose:

1. Video ~ Yanik Silveresque pre-sell
2. Opt-in-Form using your nifty code for all the reasons described above
3. The start of some important information, the first paragraph, lets say, that is itself a link to the sales page but grayed or greyed-out so that the link cannot be established until both the pre-sale video is finished and the opt-in-form has been correctly, Stephen's point, submitted.

It would be setting the opt in bar higher and there are arguments for and against this but it would be where I should like to position myself, with all the caveats relating to the content of Yanik's value related video acknowledged.

Warmly,

Malcolm Patten

Hi Paul,

It's really cool.

I actually had the intention of setting up an opt in form on my sales page using the "stealth" form method you've discuss earlier.

But I don't really like the idea of pop up alert that I think is annoying.

Until you create this "combination" method, I've tried it on Yanik's site and I really like it a lot.

I'll be implementing it in my every sales page soon...

Mind if I ask this, is there any method similar to this that we can insert to an affiliate's link/sales page?

Thanks for everything!

Well one Paul

Nifty little piece of coding... I hate it that people go off to another page after completing a form... unless you've got something really special to say on the confirmation page...

I also like the fact you can complete a form like this without interrupting/restarting the video playing.

Just one thing though... perhaps some basic error checking of fields prior to submission would help when people enter wrong or incomplete information... otherwise we still go to a new page - in this case from aWeber - telling me I didn't include an email address. Then when I hit the back button to fix it, the thank you message showed.

Can you modify to include that please? Pretty please :)

Cheers
